My go to is a delicious tofu sandwich in the morning! Just some simple tofu slices that I panfry with LOTS of garlic powder, some onion powder, salt and pepper (if fancy I use gochugaru sometimes instead of black pepper). Then I just put that on my bread, top it with some spinach, crushed flaxseeds, shredded carrot and some sour Persian pickles! I ate it every morning for about 3 months cause its so tasty and simple to make, I'm a bit lazy now tho but hope to start making it again as its so tasty and healthy. My mom also adds avocado but personally I only like avocado in sushi haha!

my go-to meal is definitely oatmeal bc of how many possibilities with variations and flavors there are! jk i rarely try to make different varieties. it's my go-to bc it's super easy, i never really get sick of it, and i'm often too lazy to make anything complex loll.

My go-to meal (especially during the summer) is a tofu "poké" bowl. I marinate some cubed firm tofu in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, lime/citrus juice, ground ginger (because I'm lazy to cut fresh), sesame seeds, smashed cucumbers, and sometimes laoganma (chili oil). I let that sit on the side while I microwave my leftover rice and chop the veggies (usually red bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and/or romaine lettuce). Put everything over the rice and food is done in 5-7 minutes 🙂
