    I used to have really bad reflux at night! My PCP told me that I need to stop eating 3 hours before I go to bed. I haven't had it since I started doing that. You are looking FANTASTIC!

    My girls do the same thing when I say “let’s clean up!” All of a sudden my 12 year old has to 💩 and my 4 year old disappears to her favorite hiding spots. Haha. Thanks for sharing your yummy meal plan and life per usual!

    I would love to see you do your lashes. I would love to do mine but can’t see with my glasses off lol. I need someone to take care of me lash wise. I dye my own hair and all the other things but nails and lashes and would love to have both done.

    I forgot to tell you Ms Daniela your oldest daughter and my youngest grand daughter (whenever she decides to show up. She is 8 days late, but her mama my daughter was almost 3 weeks late). They will have the same name. My daughter is spelling it Rhea. I eat the same things over and over also. To me it is easier lol.
