I be retiring from my hamster wheel job, but if I live my first work years on the books were in a butcher shop, a prep and salad chef at a French restaurant, and as a banquet cook in various prisons later in life. My point is I can do the slicing and dicing with little to no editing. I'll be needing a job when I retire from the Hamster wheel, for 10 years of medical coverage that I need at the moment, but God has been good to me so far with the dying thing, i'm on my 3rd time, and easy on the eyes.lol That was not much for a first resume, but have to start somewhere, I am only 63, and know what I know, but I learned from you, so thank you.

    just a few points. in a frying pan, you do not roast, you fry. second, did you add the beer before you drank from the can? finally, you should spend less time on special effects and more time on making sure your meat is actually cooked and not raw, like some of it was. ON THE WHOLE liked your taste combinations, and for that reason alone, i will NOT thumb you down. please though, cook your meat right through.

    I don’t get this putting the chicken in a bowl then pour all the spices over the top and mix. Why not blend all the spices FIRST, then pour them over the chicken. He does it sometimes but not others
