Duncan Hines mug cakes are disgusting I've tried them a couple of f different times threw them out
Very informative. How do you know which flour to try first? Which sweetener to try first? I bought 3 of your cookbooks tonight. I had to buy some used. Sorry.
Health garden monk fruit. I put that in the food processor and make powdered monk fruit.
Can’t wait for that.
Wow 3 buckets of show and tell!!!! Exciting
Duck fat (from Amazon) is very flavorful.
Stephanie how did you know if keto was safe to try?
Savory
I am doing good in my keto journey. I have been able to add coconut flour, almond flour to my fridge for baking, plus Stevia etc.I am sure we are all tempted to bake in the fall.
Winco and Walmart have this
I found the one's with sucralose are really good with no aft taste
I love the sweets 😍
"…and I want that for you too." I believe you Stephanie, that you really do want others to succeed, have good health & increased longevity. It's super helpful that you offer so much in addressing the details, that basically nothing is off limits, topic wise. Reminding people that nobody has the right to decide what works best for everyone else, it's not necessary to follow others' methods to the letter. Taking in the information as a guideline is helpful, yet we're all different, sooo…dare to be different folks. =)
*I like to use allulose for anything that I want to 'brown', as far as bread/rolls/etc, & also caramel sauce or candy. "Bocha Sweet" is nice for the cleanest taste in simple, few ingredient recipes like gummies or various fat bombs. I prefer sucralose for cheesecake recipes, w/a little bit of vanilla "Sweet Drops", regardless of the flavor I'm making; lemon/chocolate/plain/etc.
My favorite treat lately is shelf-stable fat bombs. I buy organic, raw cacao butter in 10lb qty., melt a few ounces worth, then add in whatever else I want for flavor, add'l fats like powdered heavy cream/coconut cream or MCT oil powder. I add in a few drops of flavor extracts, maybe some nuts or coconut shred~ endless possibilities. Plus, it helps me get my fats in for the day, since I can't seem to get a lot of food into me at any one meal yet~ too many years of 'grazing' I'm sure.
