    I'm surprised to see you using aminos. The way that they are produced (bathing soy or coconut in hydrochloric acid and then in a bath of bicarb to neutralise) creates salt in the process. It's true when Braggs say 'no salt added' but they no full well sodium chloride is formed through the highly chemicalised process. So it's actually high in salt – actual sodium chloride, I'm surprised Dr Fuhrman would use it at all.

    This is my FAVORITE mashed potato recipe! My sister is in charge of the potatoes for Thanksgiving this year and I basically told her that she has to use this recipe! 😂 It’s so tasty!
