That cake looks so good! I first clicked off your video because I hate coffee, but I keep hearing from folks that you can't taste the coffee. I love your beautiful apron. And, you're the first person I've watched on YouTube cooking videos that was smart enough to do one egg at a time! I've done this from childhood. It's so true that one egg can ruin the whole thing, so why jeopardize it?
