I'm 30 days into a fish only vegetarian diet and am considering making the switch to vegan. I already substitute almond milk for dairy and am pretty indifferent to cheese. It's the eggs that I'm worried about. I'm so glad I found your channel -I am really enjoying it. Going to make this chili tomorrow. Thanks for such great content. You guys exude happiness!

This chilli is amazing! I love cooking and have been trying out so many PB recipes but this is so far the best! Swapped the lentils for some black beans as that's what I had to hand. This journey has been fantastic. I feel so much better in myself it has been made so easy with your support, thankyou for all of your videos and recipes. Lots of love from Frankie x

I'm not vegan but I'm looking into eating better, cleaner than I do now. This was my 1st vegan meal attempt ever and it was great! I used butternut squash instead of sweet potatoes…I can't force myself to eat a sweet potato. This was amazing! Thank you for sharing. I look for to more recipes! Fingers crossed that I keep moving forward with a healthier life.

Just finished my first bowl of this chili. I am so glad that a Japanese sweet potato was on my shopping list this week. It’s amazing how one little sweet potato can add so much flavor. Thanks for an amazing recipe upgrade!
