Very cool video! I've been getting into making different kinds of stock for the past year or so. Started out using bones from a whitetail deer I killed last year. Made some really great stock. The other day I used the spine from a chicken I spatchcock grilled and it turned out great. I used an old fashion slow cooker for about two days but next time I'll try the instant pot!
I hope you only give the dog the carrots. Onions will kill your dog.
