    I agree that this is a delicious recipe but not for weight loss… just because oats is added , doesn't make a food healthy.. oats is majorly carb( complex carn but still carb) furthermore micing it with rice flour and rava and oil adds much more to the calorie.. and Chana dal, moong dal all majorly carb.. I would like to try the 2nd recipe with less dal and quinoa …
