    I really loved the recipes!
    However I think it would be so much more beneficial to all of us if you had used fresh ingredients instead of pre cut stuff wrapped in a ton of plastic. It really dosn't take long to cut an onion, you could even mealprep things like this. Just think about how much unnecessary plastic you used. All of the recipes could have been cooked by not using ANY plastic AT ALL! And it's not like you weren't aware of it but insead chef AJ even makes fun about it. This makes me so sad! Is that really what you want to promote to people? Giving a f*ck about the environment?

    For goodness sake STOP demonizing FAT. Your fear of fats is absolutely insane and ridiculous! All of you have a huge audience and it's so dangerous to give young people such ignorant advice and fear mongering perfectly healthy foods. Fats are super nutritious and great for you and they do not necessarily make you fat, they are part of a balanced diet and there is NO need to limit them so much (or get rid of them, I mean where is the fat in all these recipes?). Literally, so dumb.
    Also, those are NOT anything close to a cinnamon roll. SMH!

    I have a question for Chef AJ. In the cinnamon roll recipe, she says 2 TBS of baking powder. Did she mean tablespoons or teaspoons? 2 tablespoons sounds like a lot. Please ask her and reply. Thank you!

    Fat does NOT make you fat. Where do you guys get your essential fatty acids from? Omega-3 and omega-6? Please stop promoting such a detrimental message, especially to people who are newly vegan. You're essentially telling people not to consume an entire macronutrient ever just because you believe it gave you acne. It's your responsibility, as people with this much influence, to make sure you don't just senselessly create fear around the word fat, when you have no proof it makes people fat. Essential fats make you healthy, lean, gives you beautiful skin/hair/nails, balances your hormones, and believe it or not, promotes weight loss in a healthy way. Balance is key.
    Besides, since when did hot = thin? That's essentially what you implied when you spoke about fat making you fat and told chef AJ that she was hot too (because she isn't fat). Please be careful about the messages you spread.
