    Thx for all your videos, love watching them, I've been vegan for 27 years (I'm in my 50s now) I lost well over 100 pounds going vegan but back then they didn't even call it vegan, I just knew I didn't want to eat animals, I have kept off all my weight since then, exercise is a daily staple in my life as well, love getting new ideas from your videos. Off the wall question, what hair products do you use for cleansing your hair and for styling your curls? Would love to know! TY 🙂
