    I absolutely LOVE your videos showing us what you eat in a day! So very helpful. I tend to get overwhelmed with conflicting info as well as tailoring a good diet for me personally (I have ulcerative colitis and too much starch triggers flare ups with high glycemic load ). Love your salads!!

    You're the ONLY person i've seen that actually eats like me, with the big salad and all. Nobody knows what a nutritarian is around here ( a small village in Quebec, Canada) and i don't really care. But the bit about the size of the salad had me giggled. I often visit my parents and i have to take up my food with me, they are elderly and have their own ways of eating. And my parents always stare at my salad bol. I had to tell them that it's normal to eat larger amounts of plant-based food. But recently, i entered pre-menopause and i had to reduce my portions. It seems that my digestive system has changed since. But it's okay, i don't need a lot of food like before, it happens when you're ageing, needing fewer calories. Now i'm gonna think of you everytime i open the fridge and see my big salad container…lol.
