Dillion, on the cookies, if I use the tigernut flour that you mentioned in place of almond flour, would I still add the oat flour?

I like your recipes, but your flow is so erratic, you jump around a lot. This makes your videos long.
Nestle now has 3 ingredient chocolate chips out now; called 'simply delicious'; it's supposed to be for people with allergies. Contains chocolate, cocoa butter and sugar. Not exactly a health food, but definitely vegan, and probably easier to find than other brands.
Also the non slip grip mats you can get from hardware stores and Ikea work well for the chopping board too

2 Tablespoons of baking powder will make it bitter. I have never seen a recipe calling for more than a teaspoon..
Hygge is also a norwegian word. We use the word when we are having a good time. Cosy is another word for hygge.

The baking powder should be sifted with dry, ACV with liquid before you add the two together and get it right in the oven otherwise the base/acid reaction will be done pretty quickly. Though, not sure what you're making yet lol. Usually, this is for a light batter baking.
