    I don't think pink Himalayan salt has iodine in it which can put your thyroid at risk (thyroid needs iodine to prevent hypothyroid (which could cause health and overweight problems in the future) especially when you're eating that much tofu and veggies which are goitrogenic. Love the meal ideals tho! TYVM. : )

    You really need to try fresh whole cumin…ground in a pestle and mortar. SOO much better. I couldn't stand cumin til I tried it that way. Actually, most spices I ground fresh now. Makes a huge difference

Since I'm just getting started, how does one judge how much denser calorie foods to mix in with your less calorie dense foods so that your body has satiety? What is the proportion?
