    You got pasta AND rice… but said the meal was low carb. Added butter, cheese, honey and used dark and smoked meat and said the meal was healthy. Yikes! Is it a little healthier than the traditional? Yes. But to call this a healthy meal? No way. Looks good though.

    I just loved this meal and your giving good details on how you prepared everything. Yes, please do continue to make healthy meals. I never would have thought about adding the mashed cauliflower but will definitely be trying this and the seasoned brown rice.

    I love your choice of oils. Avocado oil has a high smoke point. Lard is lower in saturated fat than crisco. With the choice of spices, this should be full of flavor

    👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 WELL DONE!!! Looks DELISH SIS!! Camirra, also a tip for the green seasoning and other seasoning to really get INSIDE that flesh of meat score it as you would score a whole fish. Especially if you’re going to marinate it overnight. It will have FLAVOR all the way to the bone 😉!
