    I just made this and now sitting down to having my first bowl of it. Simply delicious and just the right thickness too. I also want to share a couple of things I did differently and it still turns out delicious:
    – as I didn't have any herbs or bay leaves at home. I used half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. I fry the seeds separately and then add it to the soup when adding in the tomatoes.
    – and it wasn't clear in the video or the instructions if we should cover the pot while it's cooking for 30 mins. So I decided to cover it from the start, and removed the cover the last 6 minutes.
