That vegetable and sausage dish looked delish. Have never baked radishes. For some reason I don't see them in the stores whereI live in Australia. I'm not really preping at the moment but since tha tuna melt recipe you did a while back I'm always making that. Hubby loves it.

Part 1-Darn it I just wrote a huge comment and lost it before I was able to post it because I went to grab a link to share…gggrrrr. Anyway I’ll begin with the link so I won’t lose my comment again hopefully!!

The link above is for the Keto King’s pasta recipe. I’m linking it because I was telling you about some pasta we’ve been craving lately and I purchased something called Natural Heaven spaghetti it’s made with one ingredient called peach palm hearts, of course I had no clue what that was and even though I looked it up it’s still nothing I’ve ever seen in the grocery store. Anyway I opened it and rinsed it well and then all you do is add it to your already heated sauce and basically just let it warm up in it for 5-10mins. So that’s what I did, I had made my own meat sauce and then added the spaghetti, I ended up using two packages of it because I had made way too much meat sauce, I hope it warms up nicely. It looks like it could be mushy when you take it out of the box but it’s not at all, it is similar to pasta and kinda fools your brain into thinking it is because it has the same color and shape as spaghetti and if you like your pasta al denete then you may like it, we enjoyed it, it’s the closest we’ve had to any kind of pasta in months. It’s expensive I think I paid $7 a box but if you are looking for a fast easy meal some night it’s definitely something I’m going to keep in the cupboard because it’s soooo easy and there are nights when I don’t feel like cooking and just want to get the dinner over with. I especially like it because I don’t have to boil it(just rinse it really well although the instructions don’t say that but I just did) and I fry the Hamburg in the fry pan add my sauce get it simmered down a bit and add the pasta to warm and literally in 20-30 mins I can be eating with only one pan to clean up! Hubby enjoyed it I asked him his impression of it and he said well it’s not chewy like pasta but it’s sorta similar to spaghetti squash (because I’ve used it with my meat sauce as a pasta substitute) but because it’s not orange in color, it looks like the real deal, so it kinda tricks you into thinking it’s pasta. So we have been craving pasta lately and so when it comes to anything that we crave I always look for an alternative because I truly believe there is a substitute out there for every single high carb food and if I haven’t found it yet it’s just because I haven’t researched hard enough. So that’s when I came across the King Keto or Keto Kings youtube channel, he has figured out a way to make your own pasta now it requires a pasta machine so I invested in a cheap one it was $40 on Amazon and it will pay for itself in two meals when compared to the boxed pasta. Plus this sure seems like the real deal! He made this enormously 5 foot length of pasta and I immediately thought lasagna!!!! And got sooooo excited! So that’s what I’m going to try this weekend. My pasta machine finally arrived and it actually looks pretty similar to his. I’m also going to try some fettuccine Alfredo and I’m going to use the Alfredo sauce that I sauce you make once. With a cut up tomato and a chicken breast on the side breaded with crushed to dust pork rinds(in the food processor)almond flour and Parmesan cheese for the breading, topped with mozzarella cheese! Yummy chicken Parmesan with fettuccine Alfredo anyone?
