Vanilla saw your video. Great vegan protein recipe. I just prepared your recipe and it’s in the oven. Can’t wait to try it. I used almond butter as I am allergic to peanuts. It looks delicious in the oven! Thank you❤

Vanilla. Thanks for mentioning your plan to eat a little higher protein – I've noticed that in your recent videos. I could have this instead of my oatmeal for breakfast (after my veggies for breakfast lol). Appreciate the calorie count too! I've been eating vegan for 18 years, and WFPB for 8. Despite what a lot of the plant based folks say, you actually can't eat as much as you want – calories do matter!

VANILLA!! I agree with you that since upping my protein I do sleep better. I think this is a great dessert or after a workout treat. Can I use my homemade applesauce instead of banana. I have used this in other similar recipes that call for oil. Thanks again Debi for a another great protein recipe.

I've been vegan semi-vegan this last year with occasional egg or dairy in a recipe or treat. However I feel a lot better as a vegan. And I still need to release a little more weight and I've been able to maintain my weight a lot better as well

Hi how many servings plus I understand the whole protein problem I'm running up against that right now. I've been post-menopausal for 14 years I am 58 years old and when I don't need enough protein I crave sugar. What percentage of protein do you eat everyday based on your weight
