Substitute coconut oil for cooking oil and no raisins to lessen the sugar. Can do blueberries or sliced strawberries instead of raisins.

Hello. I tried a very similar recipe with rolled oats + quick cooking and it was a failure. I think the rolled oats requires more liquid. Will try this and report back. thanks for sharing
