    Recipe:
    1 pound teva kosher ground beef
    1 carrot, grated
    1 zucchini, grated
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp cumin

    Roll together and place on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes at 350 to 375°.

    I also make turkey meatballs and burgers with shredded zucchini. So good and it helps keep typically dry turkey moist. I’ll have to try carrots too!
