Because I am soooooo cheap, I seldom eat vegan hamburger. I use 1/2 bulgur and 1/2 TVP, soak in broth for 15 min. Meanwhile sauté an onion til it starts browning, add the bulgar/TVP mix and sauté until the liquid is absorbed. Do not cook till completely dry or the bulgar will harden. Use in any dish asking for 'vegan hamburger crumbles'. It's yummy and filling.

These look delicious although I’d say anything with that much chopping isn’t a don’t want to cook meal for me. Nevertheless definitely giving me summer meal inspiration!

I made a quinoa salad like that once to take with me when I was working in the field. Unfortunately, the onions or something went bad really quickly and it stunk up my hotel room really bad! Lucky that my roommate was smell blind! Lol 😂

Every vegan and vegetarian should take at least every second day early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil in order to prevent an intestinal blockage, for in the case that you will eat a lot of fruits or vegetables your large intestine will be really filled and you will remark this one occasionally unpleasant, this especially during the night. In this case it will be very helpfull to take your dosage castor oil in good time.

These recipes all look delicious (as always!) but I don't think they're a very good representation of "don't want to cook" meals as they do still involve a fair bit of prep. As someone who enjoys cooking and finds chopping meditative too, this wouldn't bother me, but usually when people don't want to cook, it means they really have no energy for chopping/stirring and just want to dump everything in a pan and walk away. Maybe a better description in future would be "hands-off" recipes or something similar?

Awsome ideas, Sarah! Whenever I am not in the mood of standing in front of the stove I let the oven do most of the work like in your last recipe 😅
