    Talk to us new yorkers about eating healthy cheap, heck we cant even live here cheap, nor have time to even make meals, nor even afford anything here. I know this videk is old and what he said is correct when your around areas that arent absalutely screwed. But not everybody can do this.

    Good grief, these are good meal, but two weeks of eating this is not living.

    Healthy eating is eating a variety of stuffs. It's not just about macros, you need the micros too, and you can't get proper balanced micros if you're eating the same thing everyday.

    remember when people used have just plain bread and milk back in the old days after men would come from their strenuous job the bread and milk like our system is crazy 3 meals per day just to have some energy to live. I am still thinking like they didnt have much and still survived.

    you guys aren’t understanding the point saying things like “shoot me if i have to eat that” or “season your chicken” he’s saying for the people who are dropping almost daily 20-30 dollars on fast food alone for one MEAL vs 20 dollars which is a total of 15 meals for lunch and dinner for a whole week for only 20$. now imagine the type of healthy foods and options you can have using a 50$ or even 100$ rather than wasting it all on 2-4 mcdonald’s meals if y’all don’t want to be healthy just say it.
