    I love this idea. Do you ever get tired of eating the same thing each day? I assume you would meal prep something else the next week so you aren't eating the same thing all the time. I prep onions and peppers all the time but I've never done the cucumbers. Definitely going to try that.

    Love the salad dressing. Definitely going to be making that this week. I am a big mason jar salad person and I think that would be amazing! One question, you did not rinse the quinoa to remove the saponin. Do you know something I do not??

    This video & meal prep was so great! It always feels overwhelming to make time for it but you showing us each step & how to max efficiency was so helpful!     Thank you for the video, meal prep can be so time consuming, this shows how much is possible in 30 minutes. The tips about cutting veggies and peeling ginger is appreciated, not the best cook, so these tips are helpful 🙂 I look forward to more meal prep videos.
