Great tips! I’m just about to go grocery shopping, so this was timely. I purchased a Bluetooth Weber grill thermometer… you can put up to 4 probes in. It will beep me when the chicken reaches 165 degrees. I used to have a smart oven that had a built in prone and the oven would shut off! It was amazing. I live by all 3 of your cookbooks! Delicious recipes❤❤ I can’t rave more about what you do🎉🎉🎉
