    It’s a Very Nutritious & Protein Rich Barfi!

    Ingredients & Nutritional info-
    1.5 tbsp desi ghee- 127cal
    50g gram flour/besan- 193cal
    50g roasted peanuts- 285cal
    1/4 cup jaggery powder- 163cal
    (You can use sweetener of your choice like in healthy version-coconut sugar/stevia/blended dates)
    1/2 cup low fat milk- 51cal
    (Can use any milk of choice)

    total calories (9 pc Barfi)= 819
    protein – 28.6g
    fats – 38.6g
    carbs – 88.7g
    fiber – 10.9g
