    Baking Powder-1 Tsp/6 grams

    Baking Soda -3/4 Tsp/4 grams

    I followed as above but my cake didn't puff out but was sticky even after baking at 180 for 45 min.
    Cake batter was not watery though.
    Baked in an preheated oven @180
    What would be my mistake? Why I didn't get proper texture?
    Please guide
