    They all look delicious 😋 could not understand the name/type of flour that you used for the quiche…please let me know…thank you!
    Also if you could explain the process you go through once you collect the eggs from your hens…such as do you wash them right away or just before you use the, do you store in the fridge or on the counter. Lastly, how soon should you use them before they would spoil?
    Love your channel and Instagram so much…they are informative and some of your stories that you share make me smile and even laugh out loud …you truly have grown in your level of ease and flow throughout the years I have followed you…quite a beautiful spirit and family you have 😊

    Tip for the quiche: add a tiny bit (1/8th tsp-ish) of grated nutmeg (the real stuff not the powdered) to the egg mixture before baking. I don’t know what it is but it makes the quiche just more savory/umami. No- it doesn’t taste like a pumpkin pie, I promise!

    These are perfect summer meal ideas! We do burger bowls as well, but make actual patties, but I love the idea of just browning it like taco meat! Also, that quiche crust… amazing! I rarely make quiche because I don't feel like making the dough and rolling it out, etc… problem solved with your recipe! Thanks for some great ideas 🙂
