Haha moving in the night and the cat jumping on the feet, I know it so well. I had forgotten it a little but I rescued a 4 weeks old kitten recently and she used to play with my feet all night😂 Now she's 4.5 months old.
I'm fully plant based whole foods (vegan) and have three cats…. I get judged for that (because they're obligate carnivores) but as a long term follower, but I'm so happy to see a beautiful kitty in your house 🙂

I grew up in Tuscany, Italy. Our neighbours had a strawberry tree and one day I ate a lot of its fruits secretly :8 I was 5-6 years old.
I got a bad stomachache and had to stay in bed for a day. My mom was really worried and couldn't understand what had happened to me. I didn't want to tell her that I had stolen those fruits from the neighbour so I didn't tell her. 😀
The fruits contain alkaloids that can cause some problems to digestion. I definitely ate too much of them and got to feel that!
They are actually healthy and desinfect the urinary tract. They have astringent properties.
The leaves can be used to make teas to cure bladder infections.

Are you guys vegan solely for health reasons I.e. not also for environmental and ethical reasons?
The reason I ask is that kittens/cats need meat in their diet. In essence having a cat as a pet contributes to the death of other animals in order to feed the cat, which is a double standard.
