I just love you! I've been meal prepping more and it makes such a big difference in healthy habits. You'd think being home so much that it would be easy to cook healthy meals, but I find that I am just too busy with my 4 homeschooling and housework. I especially love the frozen sweet potato idea. I didn't realize Walmart sold them like that. Thank you and keep up the great work! 😁

THANK YOU for the sweet potatoes with eggs and spinach breakfast idea!!! 😍 I am starting to get bored with my two healthy breakfast go-to combinations. I love sweet potatoes but don't like cinnamon so I'd have to season mine differently. Please keep making meal prep videos and also "healthy but yummy" drink ideas if you have any. I get tired of water and can't stomach black coffee. 😂 TIA!
I struggle with varying my breakfast. I want something healthy and not so heavy in carbs and eggs seem to be the only go to I can make. Any suggestions?
I wash and cut sweet potatoes in half. Spray with coconut oil and roast cut side down. I then just store them in the fridge until I want one. I sprinkle with cinnamon and eat right out of the skin!
