    Absolutely love this recipe and detailed demo. You've demystified chili rellenos for me. I love you show each step thoroughly. Only thing with something like cream of tartar I know I'd never use the whole thing up. I wonder if it's in bulk bins…I'm sure your sauce is excellent but the brown color always seems unexpected to me. I wonder why canned sauces are always so red. Maybe they use tomatoes as the predominant ingredient? I am–and I'm sure you are–concerned about our beloved restaurant "culture" in this challenging time…I hope restaurants everywhere can be back in full operation as soon as possible…Thanks for being here and providing some sense of much needed comfort and normalcy.
