I usually cook meats first then add the veggies in the last hour or two. Take meat out and put veggies in broth and put meat back on top. 😋

I wouldn't put anything stinky in a croc pot so no sprouts no cabbage no cauliflower no broccoli. An you wouldn't think broccoli or cauliflower are stinky but they can go like farts in a stew or in a crock pot an everything mingles an the flavours mix an certain vegetables can become like a pot of farts. So I'd do the cabbage separate. Carrots peas beans sweetcorn are all fine to go in an yeah maybe the potatoes
