This is a wonderful dish idea! A bit too cold here for a cold meal but it should be warming up soon. We do plant a garden every year. Mostly cucumbers, basil, thyme, tomatoes and eggplants.
Whatever the opposite of a green thumb is, that's what I have. The only plant I have never been able to kill is the weeds in my yard. 😂

I lived in Hamilton, NJ when I was in college. 🙂 I am an any kind of pasta person! I like vinegar or lemon based pasta salads and hot pastas with red sauce–no creamy sauces. I don't think I can grow citrus here on the east coast but I'm trying. I have a potted lemon tree that I hope will bear fruit in the next year or two.
