I'm with Jamie, I really like lasagna, but have never made it at home. I'm also afraid of our Instant Pot. That's Ok, it gives hubby something to use when it's his turn to cook.
So I recently acquired myself after much searching a set of the amazing colored knife sets like you have and was wondering what the best way to sharpen them would be? Like do you sharpen them yourself when they need it or do you take them somewhere and have them sharpened?
You can add parm to the ricotta mixture–it's nice.
