I can’t wait to see how this turns out for you. I looked at making this a couple months ago. i didn’t have the right instant pot, it didn’t have manual ability to change the temp. If you guys do well with this, I might buy the instant pot you got! You look like you lost weight! Hope you all are doing well 🙂

How many servings are in one batch and what are the macros? I make my yogurt simple: blend Fage yogurt and Ratio protein vanilla yogurt. Add a few capsules of Digestive Advantage probiotic for additional cultures and “wala” yogurt. One serving 67 calories,2 fat,3 carbs,2 sugar and 10 protein all for under $1.00 a serving.

Oh, so sweet to se your curiosity, creativeness, and determination. Thank you for all yous do. I enjoy your stories. I have also learned alot from cultured foods, on YouTube, and have ordered reasonably priced starter cultures. The yogurts and kefir are delicious. Thank you again.

I was making and eating that yogurt everyday and was feeling great. It helped with my digestive issues and I slept so much better. I stopped eating it when I went on BBBE. Cant wait to get back on it.

I have been making l reuteri yogurt for quite some time and I much prefer the packet over those biogaia pills. Using the pills can make the 1st batch have a fruity taste but subsequent batches don't. Usually the first batch separates quite a bit and it smells quite strong. It's fine tho. Honestly, I don't trust an instanapot and I would test the temp like Nili did. I use a yogurt maker that you can set the time and the temp and tested the temp and it kept the temp at 100° consistently. I also use a 1/2 cup of hwc too in place of half and half. Makes a film of yummy , fatty, thick pudding like stuff on the top. Delish!

I made this when Nili did it for her SIBO. It is delicious! It's better than any regular yogurt I've ever made in taste and texture. Thanks for reminding me of it. I make it in jars in my dehydrator, because it can be set at 100 degrees. ❤️🥰❤️
