I make the safe thing but with out the cheese with honey mustard ontop insanely good, but you don’t need to shape it with the hand, they are strong enough to shape using only a spoon😊

This is called Aaloo tikki but we make without cheese and eggs

Pretty sure you're not supposed to mix the cheese all together with the unprocessed ingredients. It's supposed to be inserted inside the potato dough to melt inside it when cooked. I guess this is a good potato mochi recipe if you are lazy
