    Oh man, that sounds painful. When I used to do juicing, I’d always add some apples or sweet fruit so even if you’re downing a pack of greens, it’s still palatable and easy to drink. Yeah I know fruits have a lot of sugar but you only live once…and I’m not gonna suffer through painful green juice 😂❤ along with the greens, a bit of peeled ginger, 0.5 or 1 small Fuji apple, and a frozen ripe banana. Coconut water or your liquid of choice to adjust consistency.

    To cut the flavor of vinegar you can use green tea instead of water. Bonus antioxidants + the bitterness of apple cider vinegar tastes more like a squeeze of lemon in tea than it does in water. Let it cool first so the heat doesn't kill the mother in the vinegar.

    Personally, to make it less terrible tasting, I’d mix the vinegar into a large cup of water and drink that, then add fruits to the leaves to hopefully make it taste better? Either way, at least it’s healthy!

    Yeah idk that I'd be able to get a whole glass of that down once let alone every morning. 🤢 Could you make it more condensed so you could drink less of it at a time maybe? 🤷🏼‍♀️
