I made yesterday, double batch LG. Can cream of chicken used crushed cornflakes on top of cheese dotted with butter. Also had parmesan cheese in my crushed flakes.Alot of compliments.
Great video. No doubt this has a great flavor. Real recipe contains frozen shredded potatoes, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, shredded Colby cheddar and S&P. Very basic. Just letting you know. I may or may not have worked there for years 😂

We love this one. I like to take a sleeve of Ritz crackers mixed with butter to use as a top layer. Yummy! Now I'll have to make it again 😆

Hi. I printed the recipe from your website but it doesn't say butter in the ingredients. But I'm watching the video as I'm making the recipe and it's asking for butter. Do we add the butter or not? Lol I'm literally about to put it in the oven and I don't have butter because when I shopped for the ingredients I printed it out from your website and there was no mention of butter. Thank you for any help

I'm making this now. I found cream of bacon soup, so will be subbing with that; I can't wait to try! Plus, I added a pound of the sage jimmy dean sausage…yuuum! I used the Idaho Spuds freeze-dried hashbrowns (in the small 6-pack cartons) from Costco; you'll need two of those little cartons, if that's what you'd like to use.

I make a similar potato casserole, that calls for the O'brien style frozen hashbrowns. They are little cubed potatoes with onion, red and green peppers. Delicious!
Definitely wouldn’t be good as a brunch dish or for supper with pork chops or Salisbury steaks.
