    Sanjyot ji, excellent recipe…would just like to make a suggestion. I have stopped using bread crumbs as a binder and replaced with rice flour. The Kabab/ kofta or whatever I fry turns out to be very crunchy and stays crunchy for longer time…

    One thing I can't agree on is. I don't understand why people blanch vegetables. It loses all its nutrients and what you are left with is eating the rest of the stuff. Isn't there a way we can just steam then.
