    I sure wish KC would have been available 20 years ago when my hubby was getting treatment for stage 4 throat cancer. He got all nutrition from a PEG tube for 9 months and the canned formula was TERRIBLE for him~so much sugar 😞

    The Wrath of Khan was good. Now I challenge you for an really good old school Star Trek show episode. I was cleaning when I first started at the church where I go in on a Friday. They changed out a lot of the ceiling tiles and there was insulation was all over the floor and when I swept it all up I had a massive Tribble.

    Rachel said my favorite flavor Pistachio. Since I am staying away from caffeine. If I ever get keto chow again I would see about the ice cream. I made Pistachio with coconut oil which is the unrefined and organic and it was really good. I do like pistachio. Cool choice Rachel
