Debbie…I'm not sure but it could be that you're losing monetization because of your opening music. If you're using copywritten music, Youtube will send the money to the musical artist instead of you. I'm a videographer for another Youtube channel and this has happened on our channel many times. So be sure you're using Fair Use recordings for your intro or you could be dinged. I hope this helps you get back to making $$$.
