This is what my mom made for us growing up! She added corn to hers. It just added a bit of sweet to the acidity taste of the tomatoe sauce!
Did the Dr say you have Alzheimer's, if so did you get medication? I'm 65 and disabled after breaking my neck 7 yeas ago! Life is very different ant not much interaction with people! Just watching YouTube for entertainment!

I am disabled too and had a lot the same symptoms you have. I thought mine was carpal tunnel so I had surgery on both wrists. My shoulder pain continued and was so so painful. I did physical therapy and got a frozen shoulder. They tested me for autoimmune disease and my numbers were very high. After many tests they diagnosed me with polymyositis (a rare muscle disease). The reason I tell you this is because one of the first things they did was take me off of statins. I don’t know if you take any but you might want to talk to your dr about it. I would get checked for autoimmune disease too. I sure wish you a lot of luck! I hope you feel better soon.
    The casserole looks delicious!

I'm disabled too, I had my stove removed. I sit at a built in cooking area that my nephew built for me. I use an electric pressure cooker, an induction cooktop and an electric skillet. It makes life so much easier.

Bless you Debbie! I love your channel and am praying that you will feel better. I have chronic health issues also that cause pain and sickness so I feel your pain and frustrations. People have a hard time understanding that some of these issues won't go away and we just have to adapt our lives around them. But I love your great recipes and have done several. So Ty for having the strength and desire to do them for us. I am a foodie and love to cook. Everyone thinks I need my own restaurant, lol. Maybe I should start my own channel! I am not as brave as you though! Ty for being so sweet.

Debbie i have to sit to cook im dissabled too what i do is set my instant pot on a chair that way i can see into it. And it works great. Try it set close to a electrical socket so you can plug it in and you can still use your induction plate on a table or set it on a kitchen chair too. Let me know what u think
