    Hi Anne, love your videos. Being a southwestern Pa resident a lot of your recipes are familiar to me like this one. I know your box of pasta says bow ties but farfalle in Italian means butterflies. A much nicer name, at least to me.

    I’m definitely going to try. I make something similar using Neese’s ground sausage. Cool sausage, add sliced cabbage and a little onion. Serve over the buttered egg noodles.
