Watched Meat church do this and they didn’t add the water from the chilli’s because they said it was too bitter .

Guy not a kosher pot of Texas Red and the veg being added takes it away from a true Texas Chili style but acceptable for California.
You had me til the cheese crap
🤢 I didn't think someone could ruin chili but yep it happened
What's the big freaking deal about putting beans in chili? If I'm going to spend $50 on beef, you know damn well I'm filling the pot with something to stretch the meal. So all you so-called traditionalist can suck it
You forgot the brown sugar, Hunt's pasta sauce and Carolina reapers. NEVER put water in chili, it spreads the flavor thin.
To each his own…
No beans in the chili good man 😊 But you lost me when you put cheese sauce in it.
This is how I'm making my chili for now on, so no more chili powder. I think I'll put my meat in the smoker for a nice smokey flavor and then finish it in the pot.
Always makes me laugh how Americans pronounce Worcestershire 😂. The sauce comes from the county here in the U.K. it’s pronounced Wuster-sher.
This is absolutely not even close to Texas chili
So uh… What's wrong with beans?

He doesn't know anything about Tx. This is not Tx chili. Also, everyone knows the chili will be bitter if you don't drain the water after softening the chilis.
This is excellent chili ! The directions are terrible. I wouldn't try it if you don't already have a basic understanding of cooking. Also. 8 cups of stock is too much, I had to make a flour water slurry to thicken it up so start with 6 cups and add more if you need it
How to make $150 pot of chili.
Stems seed and the bitter pepper water. That probably tastes pretty bitter. Why Guy? Why?
Legit bowl of Texas red. Not perfect but we all know you have good taste buds! And yes no beans!
It’s easier to tell us what you DID NOT put in that Chile 😅
"He’s 52 years-old and still rolling around in the flame outfit . . . How does Guy Fieri de-douche?"
I can never find Fresno chilies and I live right next to Fresno. Go figure?
Ehhhh
That’s some mediocre chili.
You forgot the beans my G.
Taco Bell is better
WAY too much work involved for a dish that barely (BARELY!) tastes better than what you can get at Wendy's. JS.😏

No cheese sauce I like cheddar cheese
Where is your chili meat
