    Great video! I’ve suffered with so many issues for years and I’m only 24. The big ones are my eczema, mental health and gut health. I just heard about this diet from a guy who completely cured his eczema by following it. I’m definitely going to subscribe 🙂

    The millet/chicken/kale and mushroom dish was delicious. Thanks to you I massaged kale for the first time (I thought you only massaged kale when you are going to eat it raw, not before cooking it) and the green onions tasted crunchy and delicious with the kale (would not have thought to add green onions to kale). Like you I don't eat a lot of chicken but this dish I will surely be making again. Thank you Chelsea.

    Love your videos. You have a very soothing voice. I’m going to try your recipes. Just one thing – love the music but any chance of having something in the background that isn’t repetitive? Maybe it is just me but I find myself listening to that more than your voice. If it’s just me – ignore me! Lol
