I love your channel. Lost a bunch of weight by fasting and I'm trying to figure out how to stabilize. I love your meals, easy, quick, and I love the variety.

Excited for you, girl! I love cooking shrimp in the oven! So quick and easy and cooks it perfectly. 👩‍🍳 Thursday night, I cooked bbq shrimp, corn and broccoli on a sheet pan. You can get real creative with it. 😊

I don’t even eat seafood and I’m wanting to try that shrimp! It looks so good! My husband does so I’m gonna make it for him and taste test it! This may have won me over 🥇

Hi Lauren, I look forward to your videos! I finally had a video appt with my dietician and she is helping me with a well balanced meal plan that I’m not cutting out food groups and that makes me so happy! Thank you For sharing because I got this idea of seeing a dietician from you! 😍

Hey Lauren! I just love your videos. One thing I use to make the taste of plain unsweetened Greek yogurt better is a teaspoon of instant pudding mix, girlllllll my life will never be the same! You can use sugar-free, but I just use regular because I don’t like artificial sweeteners, and I’m only using a teaspoon, so it’s not to bad at all but it makes a BIG difference. Just thought I’d share since you share so much!🥰

I love your idea of setting some goals/guidelines! I'm tired of tracking, but I'm about to get back on the weightloss track here next week! (Big doctor's appointment and then making some changes!)
