My favorite way to eat broccoli is by roasting it in the oven. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper (sometimes Parmesan). Roast @ 425 for 12-14 min. So good!!!

Excited for you, girl! I love cooking shrimp in the oven! So quick and easy and cooks it perfectly. 👩🍳 Thursday night, I cooked bbq shrimp, corn and broccoli on a sheet pan. You can get real creative with it. 😊

I buy a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slice of Turkey and I cut into sticks so if I want to dip them it is easier. Love lunchables.

Hey Lauren! I just love your videos. One thing I use to make the taste of plain unsweetened Greek yogurt better is a teaspoon of instant pudding mix, girlllllll my life will never be the same! You can use sugar-free, but I just use regular because I don’t like artificial sweeteners, and I’m only using a teaspoon, so it’s not to bad at all but it makes a BIG difference. Just thought I’d share since you share so much!🥰
I’ve been adding bits of sugar free pudding mix into my plain Greek yogurt after seeing @amandaevolving do it in a video and it’s yum!!

I used to use foil on all of my baking pans, but certain foods would stick. Found parchment paper is the way to go… Never sticks!
