Grilled Pineapple is so versatile. It's great as a side, can be added to a salad or made a dessert from.
Grilled ham steak and pineapple is delicious.
I like it in Chinese fried rice and on savory or dessert pizzas.
For added sweetness and caramelization it can be dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon or glazed with maple syrup when grilling.
The weather is looking mighty fine atm there in Chicago.

One or two of those with some terriaki and mozzarella on a burger. Lettuce, tomato, little red onion if you want it– Hawaiian.
