Great job with the Φασολάκια 🇬🇷!We grow them like crazy here in Greece in the summer. We also use fresh tomatoes or tomato paste (πελτέ = "pelte").I haven't tried to add cumin though…

Oooohhh… fancy, fancy with the San Marzianno's.
I just saw a story on how they mislabel the cans that may not be from the actual region
to increase sales of the competitors tomatoes. The real stuff should have a special stamp on the can label.
Awesome bean recipe Jaxx… I must "DOOOO ITTTT"

How much water did you put in with that? Green beans are the favorite veggie in my house. Lving in Georgia with my extremely southern husband I get tired of everything looked in PIG 🐖something lol. Don't get me wrong, bacon it just nice that all my veggies don't have that smoky taste. My husband has been good about eating other flavors. I was just wondering if the tomatoes with their juice was enough for pressure. Great looking side and definitely going to make. Going to Savannah soon and I will be able to reload on good cheese and will find an awesome feta! San Marzano are awesome too!
