    All the old cheap cuts in Australia are now expensive like Ham hocks, lamb shanks and of course Ox tails. Thank goodness people don't like brains, liver and tripe, mmmmm

    Filipino style.
    – Clean and boil the meat untill tender.
    – Add sliced ginger, onion halves, potatoes halves, salt & broken pepper corn in the pot boil for another 10 mins til potatoes are tender.
    – add petchay or bokchoy boil for another 2-3 mins.
    (Optional). Use fish sauce, lemon, and chili as sauce. 👍😎.
    You can use pressure cooker, .cooked for a min of 45 mins
