Would absolutely love more of these gourmet dollar tree meals, I'm trying to keep my budget in check but need to try to eat healthier after having a small heart attack last week with surgery to clean out 2 arteries in my heart and 3 stents placed, ugh, but I'm feeling better and when I can cook again I cannot wait to get back in to the kitchen. Thanks for sharing.

This reminds me of the 99 Cent Only Stores Cookbook. The author, Christine Jory, was in a 99 Cent Only Store (a SoCal Store that's very similar to an Aldi/Dollar Tree mashup) when she saw a lady in a fur coat buying a cart load of wine for 99 cents. The lady told her that the wine was the best she'd had and she'd pour it into a more expensive bottle for parties. Jory started making gourmet meals with only ingredients found at 99 Cent Only Stores. And then she wrote a cookbook. It's really good!
