In the Philippines, you can easily procure from supermarkets, small stores, online shopping- all sorts of canned sardines in all flavors and sauces- afritada, corned tuna, menudo, pepper steak, tomato chili, etc, etc, etc. Of course, home cooked, like this one is extra delicious.
… I actually buy my sardines packed in a jar that have skin and bones ! … why would I buy a product that has the dominant flavor enhancer removed ? … makes no sense … just put one of those lovely morsels on a flatbread cracker with a slice of white onion … 👌🏻
I haven't heard a voice this soothing and sensual since Bob Ross the painter. He would be so proud. 😂❤ps. Thanks for the recipe idea. New fan from South Louisiana.
Followed your recipe, but screwed up when I used Tandoori spices instead of paprika powder …. It turned out amazing however. The Tandoori gives it a rich smokey flavour. Topped the dish with fresh coriander instead of parsley. And that worked as well.
u got to come to Guyana ,an them show u how to fry sardines with onions ,peppers and spices .bite out your finger while eating the roti …stop eating like Cave men's.come on now .stop it .
Most outstanding!!!
why not usae the delicious olive oil from the cans to sautee the veg??
…
I clean the inside of my sardines,if they are not boneless/skinless…the guts are still in those..
Sardines are a very healthy and nutritious food and for lovers, delicious!
She's right
You broke my subwoofer.
Glenryck pilchards same thing. Sardine and Pilchard are same fish.
I’m gonna do this, but will use the oil from the sardines to cook the onions 🧅 and tomatoes 🍅 🖖😎
Will definitely give this a try but why wouldn’t you use the olive oil from the sardines to sauté the veggies, instead of using the EV olive oil?
First time watching this guy.. does he always talk like this? It's veery weird lol
What a way to talk.
Simple, delicious and has sardines. I am a recent convert to sardines thanks to The Canned Fish Files YT channel.
That sauce would be great over angel hair or fettuccine, then topped with the sardines!
Yummy

Portugese sardines are out of this world so I imagine the Spanish are more or less the same.
